Jim Stewart
Jim Stewart has 25 years of diversified logistics management experience working in several business models, including eCommerce, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics companies such as General Motors, Roadway Logistics, Bayer Corporation, and Ingram Micro.
As Director of Transportation for the North American market at Ingram Micro, Jim led a $140 million transportation & logistics division supporting eCommerce, distribution, & logistics programs. In this role, Jim supported large third-party logistics clients such as Wal-Mart, Apple, and Amazon, serving an important role in their supply chain execution.
Jim was the Vice President of Global Logistics at Trans American, a leading regional customs brokerage and International freight forwarding company, where he was responsible for all aspects of the Global Logistics Business including the P&L, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product Development and Operations. In this role, Jim provided International Supply Chain Solutions to large brands such as Anheuser Busch Inbev, Moët Chandon, Louis Vuitton, Charmer Sunbelt Group and Treasury Wine Estates.
Jim enjoys applying his experience, expertise, and passion to working collaboratively with clients to identify and implement best in class strategies to enhance client supply chains. Most recently, Jim worked with Hudson’s Bay, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Spin Master to identify OPEX reduction and process improvements for their Transportation programs.
Jim has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Saint Bonaventure University and BSBA in Logistics Management from Duquesne University.
